CHC was commissioned to undertake heritage assessments and archaeological investigations at

Rocky Point, Tobago in advance of tourism-related development. Our work focused on identifying

and evaluating cultural heritage resources, assessing development impacts, and providing

recommendations to support the protection and sustainable management of Tobago’s

archaeological heritage. Our contribution also included responding to the queries of regulatory

agencies for heritage and the environment.

Key Results: CHC delivered evidence-based recommendations that balanced heritage protection

with development objectives, helping to safeguard significant cultural resources within a rapidly

changing coastal landscape.
